Privacy policy in case of security incidents.

As the certification Authority, ANF Autoridad de Certificación must provide a way to report suspected misuse of its certificates. The following information of the reporting entity will be collected: name and surname (optional), email (mandatory) and telephone number (optional). To solve the problem, ANF Autoridad de Certificación will contact both the entity that reports the security incident and the subscriber. For SSL certificates, please refer to the Baseline Requirements of CA/B Forum (https://cabforum.org/ baseline-requirements-documents/). The legitimate interest of ANF Certification Authority is to protect our products and the public from unsafe online communications.

Who will be informed about the incident?

To process the case, ANF Autoridad de Certificación as the respective conformity assessment body will receive the content of the report, including the personal data of the reporting entity. In the case of SSL certificates, the subscriber and interested third parties registered in CA/Browser Forum (https://cabforum.org/) will receive the content of the report without the personal data of the reporting entity through their channels established communication (for example, https: // bugzilla.mozilla.org/).
